I am a seasoned Senior Brand Strategist and Marketing Expert with a passion for driving business growth through innovative marketing and brand strategies.   • Side | April 2022 - Present

    • Spearheaded the complete transformation of Side's brand strategy team from a mere naming role to a comprehensive brand strategy role, resulting in a significant increase in overall value.

    • Initiated the creation of partner brand books, encompassing value propositions, brand voice, and style guide. Worked closely with partners to ensure brand consistency and alignment with company values and messaging.

    • Streamlined the naming selection process from an average of 44 to 17 days and reduced naming rounds from 4 to 2, resulting in significant improvements in efficiency.

    • Supervised a team of 3 brand strategists and 2 copywriters, ensuring career development and handling escalations.

    • Conducted regular performance evaluations and provided coaching and mentoring to team members to improve their skills and abilities.

    • Developed over 150 creative briefs and provided guidance to the design team on logo creation.

    • Empowered a full suite of partners, products, and programs consisting of 24 universities, 65 programs, and approximately 125 launches by leveraging market research and intelligence to develop brand, value proposition, positioning, and go-to-market strategies as Noodle's Remote Brand Strategist.

    • Fostered and reinforced customers' deep emotional connection to the university brand(s) as well as the Noodle brand by creating compelling brand architecture including style guides, brand guidelines, and brand vision.

    • Informed service productization and drove revenue through increased efficiency and retained employees by synthesizing Noodle's go-to-market processes into a comprehensive operational map used company-wide to project capacity and planning.

    • Delivered sharply focused creative briefs and strategy deliverables to peers, partner agencies, and executive leadership by developing creative and insights-driven brand strategies using various brand frameworks such as uncommon denominator and unique value propositions (UVPs).

  • Stone & Flame | January 2018 - Present

    • Achieved a 50% YoY increase in revenue by developing and defining the brand and marketing strategy

    • Built a robust social media presence for the brand, with a following of 3K+ on Instagram and 15K on TikTok.

    • Created compelling designs, photography, and content for all social media platforms.

    • Executed all email marketing campaigns for the Ventures brand (MailChimp, Hubspot, Salesforce), leveraging my coding expertise in HTML and CSS to enhance email functionality and design.

    • Facilitated seamless collaboration between the marketing and design teams by developing detailed creative briefs, producing sketches, utilizing Photoshop, and maintaining clear and effective communication.
